I said I’d never buy one

I’ve always refused to buy an Apple iPod or any variations of it. What I didn’t say was I would refuse one given to me. That is exactly what happened today. I walked into my bosses office and he said, “Don’t ever say we never gave you anything” as he handed me a 2GB iPod Nano. :)

We are supposed to test them out because the school system is considering using podcasting for educational purposes (audio books and the like). In order to properly test them, the IT department got 5 or 6 for us. I got the white one and the USB power adapter.

Now I can take all the iTunes songs with me to work without having to burn them to CD. And they thought my music CD’s were hard. ;)

Advice is what we ask for when we already know the answer but wish we didn’t. - Erica Jong

That is so cool! What is the first song you put on it? Did you get a swell case for it?

I haven’t got a case, yet. The first songs on it were from Nonpoint and Slayer.
