The author does a really good job of showing 10 reasons why high post frequency isn’t what everyone should try to achieve. I really like this point:

#6: Frequent posting drives poor content quality – The pressure of daily posting drives many bloggers to re-purpose other bloggers’ content or give quick un-insightful comments on the news.

I’ve noticed that problem on some blogs I’ve visited (even mine). People would be some wrapped up in providing “fresh” content that it was actually pretty stale and empty.
