I'm certainly not the compiler police. ;) Plus I think it's safe to say I've hurt enough people this week. :( The Samba default settings have gotten a little more inclusive of things that Windows users will want like (IIRC) DFS, AD, NT ACLs, etc. I'm not the biggest fan of roaming profiles either. BUT... it's either that or get a call to "fix Outlook" every time someone changes desks. :) Other than that, just having a home directory to save in is a happy medium. I wouldn’t think of it!
